Registered Alcohol And Drug Technician | Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
Since early childhood I have had the urge to contribute as much as I can to my community. I grew up in San Fernando Valley and joined the Navy right when I got out of high school. When I left the military, I went back to school to get a degree in Electrical Technology. With my new degree I found a new way to give back to my community by joining the Los Angeles Housing Department as a home inspector. I then made one last career change and went back to school to get a degree in Natural Sciences from Los Angeles Valley College. I began my new career in the health care field. I became a EMT and worked for various ambulance companies and Lab companies. My most recent career change kept me in the healthcare field when I joined Crosspointe Recovery as an overnight technician. The biggest surprise I have found since working in the healthcare field is, how rewarding it is, especially when you are directly involved with helping patients, in whatever their healthcare needs may be.
