Yoga, Pilates, Reiki and Breathwork Instructor
Stacey has been in the wellness business for 22 years. She believes in creating mind and body resilience through movement, meditation and breath so that we all can live our lives to fullest with the time we have. She is a 500 hour experienced Yoga teacher, registered through Yoga Alliance, teaching all types of yoga and is trauma informed. She loves to guide people in yoga , breathwork and meditation, as well as sound healing to help people to begin to release their trauma and find their own healing capacity. Stacey also teaches Pilates, and continues to study the nervous system and how to help create balance. She is certified in all of these modalities. A large part of our well-being she believes, lies in the health of our nervous system, and through these modalities she has helped many people to relax, get stronger and find resilience and peace again in their lives. Stacey leads her clients and classes with empathy, understanding and true care for each individual.
