With extensive experience in the addiction treatment field, she has successfully owned and operated her own treatment center, demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership and a deep commitment to client recovery and organizational excellence.
Holding a master’s in social work, and a CADAC , Sabrina has demonstrated expertise in program development, staff supervision, and implementing innovative treatment modalities. Under her guidance and leadership, facilities have achieved significant improvements in compliance standards, and community engagement.
Her expertise encompasses licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring facilities meet all regulatory standards and maintain high-quality care. Additionally, she has a strong background in Human Resources, overseeing staff development, compliance, and organizational policies to foster a safe and effective treatment environment.
Sabrina has also worked closely with insurance providers and healthcare networks to establish in-network contracts, expanding access to services and enhancing reimbursement opportunities.
