An evening intensive outpatient program (IOP) is an ideal treatment option for individuals seeking structured mental health or substance use support while managing their daily responsibilities. These programs typically meet several evenings each week for a few hours, providing comprehensive care that includes group and individual therapy, medication management, and case management services.
